Looking topic for my Thesis

I have more than 10 years working on social issues, HIV/AIDS, STI amount entertainment worker and MSM. At recently, I have been working for Family Planning service to people underserve who lives in Takeo and Kandal province. However, my education background is more related to development and business. My bachelor degree is business administrative and participated the advance professional training on Regional Rural Development. Sometime, I feel that my education background and working is not much relevant. However, I had improved a lot through this background. I well understood regarding development concept and its framework.
